Data we process

When you send the contact form, your request is passed to us by email. If that isn’t possible, the form prepares an email in your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you send that message. We receive:

• your name, organisation and type of organisation;
• your email address and, if you give it, phone number;
• the content of your message;
• the page of the site you viewed just before the form, and the site language;
• if you fill in our questionnaire: your job title and information about your organisation and project (size, goals, who would supervise sessions, your role in the decision, timeline, how you would acquire the device). It asks for no health information;
• if you message us on WhatsApp: your number, profile name and messages. These conversations go through WhatsApp (Meta), which processes them under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To answer your request (information, documentation, demonstration) and follow up on our professional exchanges. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering professionals who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Three years from our last exchange, unless a business relationship continues or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who has access

The LumbaCure France sales team, including its sales agents, and our technical providers (website hosting, email delivery, email) acting on our instructions. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). To keep the site secure and working, our host processes technical connection data such as IP addresses and access logs. Requests sent through the form are delivered by our email provider, Resend (United States). These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Audience measurement

To see which pages are visited and improve the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our host. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It only produces aggregated statistics: page views, country, device and browser type, referring site. Visits are grouped using a temporary identifier derived from the request, which is reset every 24 hours and cannot identify you. We also count a few actions, with no personal data: sending a demo request, opening WhatsApp, revealing the email address or phone number. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring site traffic (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, neither for audience measurement nor for advertising. The language is part of the page address and can be changed in the menu; no preference is stored in your browser. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@lumbacurefrance.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
