Biomechanical innovation

Give the pelvisback its freedomof movement.

A robotic seat that moves the pelvis and lower back, with no effort or alongside exercises. For rehabilitation, prevention, sport and healthy ageing.

01A unique technology

The user sits on the device. A programme guides the pelvis in several directions at once, with passive mobilisation or exercises adapted by the professional.

The LumbaCure® device: robotic seat, handles and footrests
LumbaCure® · a robotic seat with 6 degrees of freedom

The device creates the movement.

The user makes no voluntary effort. Once seated and the programme selected, the session can run without constant supervision, particularly in a preventive setting.

  1. 01

    Take a seat

The user sits on the device.

  2. 02

    Choose the programme

The professional adapts the mode and programme to the user’s profile and goal.

  3. 03

    Start the session

The seat guides the movements. Preventive programmes usually last 10 to 15 minutes.

  • 6 simultaneous degrees of freedom

Multidimensional mobilisation along programmed, progressive lumbo-pelvic trajectories.

  • Reproducible trajectories

Standardised sessions suited to healthcare facilities, companies and sports settings.

  • Biomechanical precision

Guided mobilisation with no forced manipulation, respecting neurophysiology.

  • Suits many profiles

Suitable for a wide audience, including people with reduced mobility.

Three simultaneous actions

  1. Regain movement

Rhythmic movements promote mechanical pumping in the lumbo-pelvic structures. Progressive trajectories support the return to movement in a programmed, reproducible way.

  2. Release tension

Smooth movements help relax areas under daily strain, for a feeling of release and lightness.

  3. Support lumbo-pelvic mobility

LumbaCure® guides the pelvis through all 6 degrees of freedom, enabling safe, reproducible proprioceptive reintegration of movement.

02Clinical study

A prospective, randomised, controlled pilot study run from June 2024 to June 2025. It observed trends favouring LumbaCure® on functional recovery, pain and pain catastrophising.

How to read these results

Exploratory pilot study, not yet published in a peer-reviewed journal. The primary endpoint (change in ODI at visit 2) did not reach statistical significance: p = 0.101. These descriptive responder comparisons do not establish definitive efficacy.

V2, V4 and V5 refer to protocol visits 2, 4 and 5. Each threshold defines the improvement required to be counted as a responder.

04A global public-health challenge

In 2020, around 619 million people were living with low back pain — nearly one person in thirteen. Its impact goes beyond pain: reduced function, loss of independence, absenteeism and lower quality of life make mobility a major public-health issue.

05Integration

  • Enhance your offer

A distinctive technology for mobility, function and independence.

  • Streamline your organisation

In passive mode, sessions can run without constant supervision once the programme starts.

  • Launch new programmes

Rehabilitation, MSD prevention, mobility maintenance, recovery and sports performance.

  • Track and evaluate

Reproducible trajectories make monitoring, evaluation and continuity easier.

Preserve mobility. Restore function. Sustain independence.
